Cookery lessons - Corte Gondina, Boutique Hotel in Langhe

We recommend a local cookery class followed by a meal to enjoy the fruits of your labours!

The course includes: basic techniques for making handmade pasta, preparation of starters, mains and a typical desserts like “bunet”, a traditional chocolate pudding with amaretti biscuits.

Courses are in Italian with the possibility of having an English translator (other languages are optional).
