Questo Natale segna per noi un traguardo importante:
è trascorso il nostro ventitreesimo anno in questa avventura chiamata Corte Gondina. Un anno speciale, soprattutto per le belle parole che ci avete regalato. Parole dette o scritte che hanno saputo raccontarci meglio di come avremmo saputo fare noi.
È stato un anno pieno di amore: per quello che facciamo ogni giorno, per le Langhe, per un territorio che, ne siamo sempre più convinti, ha ancora tanto da offrire e da raccontare a chi sa ascoltarlo con calma.
Molti amici sono tornati a trovarci, come si fa con i luoghi che si sentono un po’ casa. Molti altri sono arrivati per la prima volta. Ma mai come quest’anno abbiamo ricevuto parole di incoraggiamento, e lasciatecelo dire, anche tanti, autentici complimenti.
Un regalo prezioso, che ci ha dato energia e fiducia.
E’ anche vero che il team di Corte Gondina è qualcosa di speciale. Un gruppo di amiche, diverse e unite, che condividono uno stesso modo di accogliere, di prendersi cura, di rispettare i tempi lenti delle cose fatte bene. Senza clamore, ma con presenza.
Ora ci concediamo la pausa invernale, un tempo necessario che porterà con sé tante novità per il prossimo anno. Idee e progetti che stanno già prendendo forma, con la calma che ci piace.
C’è però anche una lacrimuccia che scende: Valentina inizierà un nuovo percorso personale e professionale, e anche se ci mancherà nella quotidianità, sappiamo che ogni cambiamento porta luce. La ritroveremo con grande gioia nelle lezioni di yoga della prossima stagione. Buona vita, Vale ❤️
A tutti voi che siete passati di qui, anche solo una volta, va il nostro grazie più sincero.
Avete reso questo viaggio, lungo ormai ventitré anni, ancora più bello.
Vi auguriamo un Natale vero, fatto di piccole cose buone, di famiglia e di tempo condiviso. E che il nuovo anno ci ritrovi, ancora una volta, qui nelle Langhe, insieme.

Christmas at Corte Gondina

This Christmas marks an important milestone for us:
our twenty-third year in this adventure called Corte Gondina.
A special year, above all because of the beautiful words you shared with us.
Words spoken or written, words that told our story better than we ever could.
It has been a year full of love:
for what we do every day,
for the Langhe,
and for a land that, we are more confident than ever, still has so much to give and to tell those who know how to listen calmly and patiently.
Many friends returned, as one does with places that feel a little like home.
Many others came for the very first time.
But never before have we received so many words of encouragement and, let us say it openly, so many heartfelt compliments.
A precious gift that gave us energy and confidence.
It is also true that the Corte Gondina team is something truly special.
A group of friends, different yet united, sharing the same way of welcoming guests, of taking care, of respecting the slow rhythm of things done well. Quietly, but with presence.
Now we allow ourselves a winter pause, a necessary time that will bring many new things with it for the year ahead. Ideas and projects are already taking shape, with the unhurried pace we love.
There is, however, also a small tear:
Valentina is beginning a new personal and professional journey, and while we will miss her in our daily life, we know that every change brings light.
We will happily welcome her back for the yoga classes in the coming season. Buona vita, dear Vale ❤️
To all of you who have passed through here, even just once, goes our most heartfelt thanks.
You have made this journey, now twenty-three years long, even more beautiful.
We wish you a true Christmas, made of small good things, of family, and of time spent together.
And may the new year find us once again here in the Langhe, together.
